Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to info@waggydoggydeals.com After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
T - Shirts are excluded from the above and is as follows:-
· Returns/exchanges aren’t supported because products are made to order.
· If the item is damaged/defective (or there’s a manufacturing error), a free reprint or a refund can be offered if the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, along with the required photo proof.
· If an order is returned to sender/lost in transit due to an invalid address, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
